Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you’ve changed your mind, please reach out as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order is dispatched, it must follow our standard return process.
Q: Can I return my product if I’m not satisfied?
A: Of course! We want you to love your experience. HiZoo offers a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within this period.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: HiZoo covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For "change-of-mind" returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Q: Are there any additional fees for returns?
A: To help us keep our products accessible, we ask that you return items in good condition with all original components. A fee may be deducted from your refund if original items like the charging cable or packaging are missing. Additionally, to encourage timely returns, we waive all restocking fees if you ship the item back within 5 days of your request being approved. A restocking fee applies for packages dispatched after this initial window.
Q: Can I exchange my item for a different model?
A: Currently, we only offer exchanges for the same model if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for different designs or models, even within the 30-day window.
Q: How do returns work for bundle orders?
A: If you purchased a bundle (e.g., set of 2 or 3) but only wish to return part of it, the original bundle discount will be voided. Your refund will be calculated by subtracting the full retail price of the items you keep from your total order amount.
