Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A: We know you’re excited to receive your HiZoo! Generally, we process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Q: Will I need to pay international customs duties?

A: To bring relief to customers everywhere, we offer worldwide shipping. However, because trade policies vary by destination, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Since these are government-mandated fees, they do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Q: What should I do if my tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find my package?

A: If tracking shows your order as “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. HiZoo is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you still cannot find it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: Don't worry, we are here to help. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. Please note that if the device itself is intact and functional, minor damage to the external packaging box from transit does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
